GCS has trained and certified technicians refurbishing winches to a like new condition. Each winch rebuilt to OEM specifications with a measureable life expectancy that equals or is near a new winch.

GCS not only refurbishes crane and crane support equipment winches, but any type winch in the commercial, industrial, and marine markets.

Winch components are replaced if it does not meet stringent inspection requirements.  Winch accessories such as fittings, hoses, and lines are replaced. 

GCS has qualified mechanics that can repair or rebuild EBI and Seatrax winches onsite, on-shore or off-shore.
Prices vary dependent on level of repair or whether it is rebuilt. Another factor is where winch is to be repaired or rebuilt; at our facility or onsite, on-shore or off-shore.

WINCHES

GCS has a wide variety of winches refurbished to OEM specifications.

Each winch is totally disassembled, cleaned, and inspected. Dependent on the winch, new bearings, bushings, and gaskets are installed. Hydraulic motors rebuilt or replaced. After assembly, each winch is load tested and certified. A tough long lasting industrial marine coating is applied.
Every winch has a 3 month GCS standard warranty.

All winches have been completely rebuilt to meet or exceed manufacturer specifications and come with a 3 month GCS standard warranty. Many makes and models available upon request.
