Overhaul and Rebuild Department	GCS Overhaul and Rebuild Department can refurbish your specific equipment to a like new condition with a measureable long life expectancy. From engines to winches to an entire crane assembly and crane support equipment, GCS possesses the knowledge and expertise to professionally perform these tasks. Crane Maintenance and Inspection	GCS maintains and inspects all types of cranes, certification and load testing. GCS offers complete sandblasting and painting services for cranes and any other type of equipment.

Hydraulics Maintenance and Inspection	GCS Hydraulic Department builds, maintains and inspects hydraulic components and systems. Winches, pumps, cylinders, motors, design and manufacture anti-two block systems.

Hydraulic/Pneumatic Hose Department	GCS Hydraulic Department manufactures hydraulic and pneumatic hose and tube assemblies (1/4 inch through 2 inch sizes) in low, medium or high pressure segments, with the end connections and length to meet or exceed OEM and/or to customer specifications.

Insulation Assemblies Department	GCS Insulation Assemblies Department fabricates low, mid, and high temperature range insulation blanket and jacket assemblies for on-shore and off-shore equipment. Custom and OEM fitted insulation blankets for turbochargers, exhaust pipes, mufflers, generators, turbines, valves, pipelines, pumps, wireline, tanks, etc.

Welding & Fabrication	GCS performs all repairs to Booms, Pedestals and associated Crane Parts. Welding and any fabrication is performed in accordance with API2CQ1 plus any other customer required specifications. Hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical work is performed in compliance with applicable industry or OEM specifications.

Sandblast and Paint Department	GCS Sandblast and Paint Department offers complete facilities for sandblasting and painting of parts and equipment for all cranes. Sandblast and Paint Department has the capability to perform these tasks in house or at at any customer's onsite location whether on-shore, off-shore, or both.

Carpentry and Insulation Department	GCS Carpentry Department is skilled in construction, remodeling, and repairs for any on-shore or off-shore job including, but not limited to: doghouse repair and sales, building and roof repair, duct work (insulation, repair and cleaning), rough and finished carpentry, plumbing, repair of walls, ceilings, etc. Please feel free to contact our Carpentry Department for more information concerning your specific needs.

Rental Equipment	GCS carries a variety of available rental equipment for your needs. If you prefer to lease equipment, GCS can provide your requirements. GCS will provide the long lease term equipment and lay out a scheduled Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) in accordance with equipment requirements and your schedule. GCS can then schedule equipment major maintenance or equipment swap out with minimal loss of your operating time.
