GCS facilities provide machining; fabrication; welding; sandblasting; painting; hydraulic repair; OEM or custom hydraulic hose and tube manufacturing; component repairs/overhaul/rebuild and testing to include, but are not limited to the following:

Boom, Crew Compartment, Pedestals, Gantry, Shafts, Engines, Winches, Hydraulic Systems, etc.

GCS personnel are trained and certified to perform their duties in accordance with industry standards. Welding and any fabrication is performed in accordance with API2CQ1 plus any other customer required specifications. Hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical work is performed in compliance with applicable industry or OEM specifications. 

GCS has wide knowledge of refurbishing existing equipment to OEM specifications or to customer special requirements. GCS possesses the capabilities to perform any refurbishment task. From engine to winches to the entire crane assembly, GCS can perform the task. Dependent on the task, GCS can perform the task on-site, on-shore or off-shore. GCS has the ability to manufacture special custom components.
