GCS has trained and certified technicians that can repair or refurbish pedestals and turrets to a like new condition. GCS has the capabilities to manufacture pedestals and turrets at our facilities. Each pedestal or turret repaired or manufactured to OEM specifications.

GCS personnel are trained and certified to perform their duties in accordance with industry standards. Welding and any fabrication is performed in accordance with API2CQ1 plus any other customer required specifications.  

REFURBISHMENTS
 

GCS has a wide variety of engines refurbished to OEM specifications.

Imagine an engine assembly in the condition as shown to the below left refurbished to a like new condition as shown in the other images. Granted the refurbished images shown are not the same engine assembly at below left, but you get the idea. The idea that the engine assembly on the left was totally refurbished and shipped to the customer in a like new condition from the inside out. GCS.
 

 

 

 
 

GCS can manufacture pedestals, turrets, and booms.

Each pedestal or turret is sandblasted, cleaned, and inspected. A tough long lasting industrial marine coating is applied. All cranes can be inspected and certified by GCS.
