GCS facilities provide machining; fabrication; welding; sandblasting; painting; hydraulic repair; OEM or custom hydraulic hose and tube manufacturing; component repairs/overhaul/rebuild and testing to include, but are not limited to the following:

Boom, Crew Compartment, Pedestals, Gantry, Shafts, Engines, Winches, Hydraulic Systems, etc.

GCS personnel are trained and certified to perform their duties in accordance with industry standards. Welding and any fabrication is performed in accordance with API2CQ1 plus any other customer required specifications. Hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical work is performed in compliance with applicable industry or OEM specifications. 

GCS can repair and refurbish existing equipment to a like new condition meeting OEM specifications or to customer special requirements. GCS has the facilities and personnel to manufacture crane components. GCS possesses the capabilities to perform any refurbishment task. Dependent on the task, GCS can perform the task on-site, on-shore of off-shore. GCS has the ability to manufacture special custom components.
