customer locations onsite, on-shore or off-shore.

GCS has trained and certified technicians refurbishing diesel or gasoline engines to a like new condition. Each engine rebuilt to OEM specifications with a measureable life expectancy that equals or is near a new engine.

GCS not only refurbishes crane and crane support equipment engines, but any type engine in the commercial, industrial, and marine markets.

Engine piston, camshaft and crankshaft journal bores are precision machined to the next size. Dependent on type and original engine wear, new cylinder liners installed. If Crankshaft and camshaft passes inspection, journals ground to the next size under. If not, crankshaft and camshaft replaced. New piston and rod assemblies; rebuilt or new heads, fuel injectors, fuel injector pump, water pump, oil pump, oil coolers, aftercooler, intercooler, and etc. as applicable to that engine.

Engine accessories such as the starter, alternator, and all electrical sensors are replaced with new or rebuilt/refurbished components, as per customer direction.




GCS has a wide variety of engines refurbished to OEM specifications.

Imagine an engine assembly in the condition as shown to the below left refurbished to a like new condition as shown in the other images. Granted the refurbished images shown are not the same engine assembly at below left, but you get the idea. The idea that the engine assembly on the left was totally refurbished and shipped to the customer in a like new condition from the inside out.
